At Mount Litera Zee School, Ambikapur, we prioritize safe and efficient transportation for our students. To ensure smooth operations and student safety, we have established a set of guidelines that must be followed by all students using the school bus service.

🚍 Punctuality is Key: Students must reach their designated bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival of the bus. Buses will not wait for latecomers.

🚏 Boarding & Deboarding Rules: Students should only board and deboard at their assigned stops and must wait until the bus comes to a complete stop before approaching the door.

🚫 Prohibited Behavior: Any form of disruptive behavior, such as shouting, fighting, or unruly conduct, is strictly prohibited inside the bus. Personal grooming is not allowed while traveling.

📜 Grievance Redressal: If parents have any concerns regarding the driver or conductor, they should either send a written note or meet the transport in-charge personally.

✍️ Permission for Changes: Any request for a change in bus stop or route requires written approval from the school office.

❌ Strict Discipline: Entry of parents or guardians into the school bus is not allowed. Students must not damage or deface the bus, failing which strict disciplinary action will be taken.
