📌 Withdrawal Policy

📢 Important Guidelines:

• ✉️ If a student needs to be withdrawn from the school, a notice of one calendar month is required, or alternatively, one month’s fee in lieu of the notice. Exceptions may be made for the sudden transfer of Armed Forces personnel.
• 📜 Transfer Certificates (TC) will only be issued once all outstanding dues have been cleared.
• ⚠️ Students may be asked to leave the school on disciplinary grounds for serious offenses, such as:
  • ❌ Physical violence
  • ❌ Verbal or physical abuse
  • ❌ Theft
  • ❌ Any other serious misconduct
• 📝 For withdrawals after the completion of an academic session, a Transfer Certificate application must be submitted to the school office on or before March 31st. Failure to do so will result in the parent being liable to pay fees for one quarter of the year
